AboutCarlos Alecio
I weave loose threadsinto one systemthat holds.
Founder, Brighterloom
I build AI systems for B2B and exporting companies, so quote requests, technical email and follow-up stop eating your team’s week.

01Why Brighterloom
A passion,and a problemworth solving.
Brighterloom started as a passion: I love computers. Then I saw a problem in an industry that needed solving.
Mould makers and exporters around Leiria receive quote requests in German, French and Spanish, with specifications and drawings attached. Someone has to read every one, work out what’s missing and write back before the quote can even start. Meanwhile, the request waits.
The pieces to fix it already exist: the inbox, the spreadsheets, the AI models. They’re loose threads. My work is weaving them into one system that holds, and leaving the decisions with your team.
02Background
Where I’mcoming from.
Sales and marketing
In-house and freelance. I built a lead-generation system that produced $78,000 in sales in one month for a medium-sized company.
Coding and cybersecurity
The technical side: building with code, and keeping systems and data secure.
Founder, Brighterloom
AI systems for B2B and exporting companies: quote requests, technical email and sales follow-up, built with AI models and automation tools such as n8n.
03How I work
The principles,in practice.
You talk to me.
Brighterloom is one person. Whoever you speak to on the first call builds your system, start to finish.
Tested on your real requests.
A short pilot with a fixed scope and price, tested on requests your company has actually received.
Nothing goes out unchecked.
The system drafts and your team reviews. Prices and technical decisions stay with your people.
Yours, not mine.
Accounts, data and automations are set up in your company’s name, so you never depend on me. Your data isn’t used to train AI models, and I sign an NDA when needed.
