FOLLOW-UPQuote follow-up · B2B sales teams

Every quote, tracked.Every follow-up, on time.Your team sends it.

For B2B companies that send quotes and then lose track of them. Every quote that leaves is logged in your CRM with its value and date, the right person is reminded on a schedule you set, the follow-up is drafted in the client's language, and the reason each quote is won or lost is recorded, so the monthly numbers explain themselves.

01What it does

One quote out.Nothing left hanging.

It works from the emails your team already sends, so nobody has to remember to log anything.

  1. 01

    Logs every quote

When a quote leaves by email, it's recorded in your CRM with client, value, date and the person who sent it.

  2. 02

    Reminds on schedule

On the days you set, the person who sent the quote gets a reminder, with the thread attached.

  3. 03

    Drafts the follow-up

Short, in the client's language, referring to the actual quote. It waits in drafts until the salesperson sends it.

  4. 04

    Records why

When a client says no, the reason is read from their reply and logged. Each month you see why quotes are lost, not just how many.

Your salespeople decide and send. Nothing chases a client on its own.

02Worked example

One quote,from sent to reason.

A fictional quote to a fictional Spanish client, to show what each step produces. The companies, people and numbers are invented.

Fictional example

  1. 01 · Sent

The quote leaves, and is logged.

Quote 2026-118 goes out by email. Client, value, date and owner are recorded in the CRM without anyone typing them.

The schedule here is day 7 and day 21. Your team sets its own.

03Boundaries

What it does, and what stays with you.

It does

  • Log every quote sent by email
  • Remind the right person on schedule
  • Draft follow-ups in the client's language
  • Record why quotes are won or lost
  • Show the month in one view

Your team keeps

  • Prices, discounts and terms
  • Deciding whether and when to chase
  • The relationship with the client
  • Sending: every follow-up is reviewed and sent by a person

04Who it's for

Built forteams that quote a lot.

B2B companies that send dozens of quotes a month, often to clients abroad, and can't say why the lost ones were lost.

Sales teams

Nobody keeps the list in their head or in a spreadsheet on the side. The reminders come to them.

Management

A monthly view of quotes won and lost, with reasons, built from what actually happened rather than from memory.

05Questions

What sales teamsask first.

01Which CRM does it work with?

Most CRMs with an API, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Attio. If you don't have a CRM yet, we can set up a simple one as part of the build.

02Will it email our clients by itself?

No. It drafts; your salesperson reads and sends. You choose the schedule and can skip any follow-up.

03How does it know a quote was sent?

It watches the outgoing email of the people who send quotes, for the attachments or subjects your quotes always carry. We set that rule with you during the build.

04What counts as a reason for losing?

Your team chooses the categories, such as price, lead time, specification or no decision. When a reply doesn't fit one, it's left for a person to classify.

06Next step

Show us whereyour quotes goafter they're sent.

Twenty minutes: how quotes leave, who follows them up today and what you know about the ones you lose. If this isn't a fit, we'll say so on the call.
