- Price
- Fixed and quoted before anything starts. Never hourly. If it runs long, that is ours, not yours.
- Access
- Read-only wherever possible. Mapping a system does not require admin rights to it, and we will not ask for them.
- Confidentiality
- NDA signed before anything is shared. Your name and your clients’ never used as a reference without written permission.
- Ownership
- The document is yours outright — findings, diagrams and plan — whatever you decide to do next.
- Reply
- Within one working day, from the engineer who would do the work.
- If it is not a fit
- We will say so before you pay, not after. A teardown is the wrong call more often than you would expect.
- Afterwards
- No lock-in and no retainer trigger. Run the plan with us, with your own team, or with someone cheaper.
